• Contact us at raebrandz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for exchanges. Please include your order number in the email subject line. Product must be unused with no defects upon return. Return the unused product within 7 days of receiving email confirmation of exchange request.
• Refunds are issued only on a case by case basis. If your package is lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival, your product with be re-sent to you. If there are any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us directly at raebrandz@gmail.com.

U.S. Shipping: Free shipping within the United States with at least a $35.00 purchase. Due to the impact of COVID-19, mail carrier services may be delayed; please allow at least 3-10 business days for shipping.

International Shipping: LipNotized does offer international shipping.
