Shipping Policy: Lipnotized offers free shipping within the United States with a minimum $35.00 purchase. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for domestic processing & shipping. Free shipping is not currently offered internationally.
Returns & Exchanges Policy: We gladly accept exchanges and returns however, you must contact us at lipnotizedllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order delivery date for any requests to be granted. Please be sure to include your order number in the email subject line as well as a brief explanation regarding the return/exchange request so that we can ensure your request is processed appropriately.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only on a case-by-case basis. If your package is lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival, your product may be re-sent to you and/or purchase amount refunded.
